Questions players ask us
For online coaching you play from home on your own setup. For in-studio sessions at Hanbury Street we provide tournament-grade PCs, monitors, and peripherals. Just bring your account and your goals.
Most game servers are provisioned within fifteen minutes of checkout. Mod and plugin installs are handled the same day during opening hours, and your 48-hour free trial starts the moment the server is ready.
Absolutely. We produce both online and in-person events from 8 up to 128 players. Tell us the title, format, and date and we will send a fixed-price package covering brackets, casting, and admin within two working days.
We are at 65 Hanbury Street in Spitalfields, two minutes from Brick Lane and a short walk from Liverpool Street and Shoreditch High Street stations. There is paid street parking on Commercial Street and several car parks within ten minutes.
We coach players from age 13 upwards (under-18s need guardian consent). Whether you are climbing out of bronze or grinding a pro qualifier, sessions are tailored to your current rank and targets.
Yes. Digital gift vouchers are available for any coaching block or hosting plan and never expire. They make a solid present for the gamer who already owns every peripheral going.
